The market has been difficult and volatile over the last 24 months with signs that we are coming out of the correction with most of our fingers and toes in place ( a few bruises though) the sub $500k market has recovered and has been active as deal takers and entry level / residential buyers take advantage of better pricing and low mortgage rates. The upper part of the market continues to creep while we wait for the investor/ second home owner to return, this summer should tell us a great deal about values in our area.

We continue to see a strong Buyers market and hope that those still on the fence will get in while the water is still warm as we are seeing the best deals being absorbed as the market confidence continues to grow.
